During my time at General Dynamics, I worked as a Senior Systems Admin from 2009 to 2010. My main role was to maintain Unix Solaris 8 servers and workstations that were critical to supporting the F-22 Raptor program. This involved performing hardware troubleshooting and repairs, managing the Oracle database, and reviewing data for consistency. I was also responsible for daily backups and restoring data when necessary, assisting Airmen on doc-reviews and making database changes as required, and writing SQL statements.

I also played a critical role in squadron mission deployments, where I was responsible for setting up and tearing down deployment servers, workstations, and other equipment. I coordinated security measures for these deployments and assisted my team in day-to-day operations, including pulling FRC files from jet media, providing debrief support, addressing system updates and security issues, and serving as the focal point for all network needs.

One of my major achievements during my time at General Dynamics was programming an Access 2007 discrepancy reporting database, which helped to standardize accountability and reporting. I also maintained a DOD-TS clearance and worked within vault-type facilities, where I controlled media, visitor, and security logs and enforced company and security policies. Overall, my work at General Dynamics involved critical technical and security responsibilities that were integral to the success of the F-22 Raptor program.
